How does my personal data stay separate?

Personal and Business accounts have their own login credentials, security, and associated data but can be viewed in the same interface at the same time (or separately) which allows you to organize everything going on in your day whether it’s personal or professional. Visual cues allow you to easily see what activities are personal, business, or part of another group so you have complete command of your day and data. You can keep everything organized without worrying about sensitive, proprietary, confidential, or private data being co-mingled.

Does my personal calendar show up on my business calendar?
You can enable Google and Office 365 calendars to sync 1-way or bi-directionally with Personal or Business accounts in TepinTasks. Calendar items are kept separate but can be viewed all together so you can always know what’s coming up next in your schedule.
What integrations are available through TepinTasks?
At the initial product launch, TepinTasks will integrate with Google & Office 365 email/calendars/contacts, QuickBooks, HubSpot, ConnectWise Manage, & Datto PSA (Autotask). An additional 20+ integrations are planned for release during 2023. How do I delegate tasks?
Simply edit a task and assign it to a person. The person will be notified, and you will be able to see that the delegation request was sent, received, viewed, and accepted.
Can I see the person accept my task?
Yes. You will have full visibility to the status of the delegated task. You will be able to see that the delegation request was sent, received, viewed, and accepted (or rejected).
How can I track what I delegate?
You can set to receive notifications when the status of a delegated task has been changed or you can see the status in the “All Tasks” view or by looking at the task individually.
How much does it cost for my team? For my family?

As of this writing TepinTasks has not been fully released, however you can sign-up to receive full pricing details when it is officially launched, here. TepinTasks is designed to be extremely affordable with a version that is Free or personal, family, small business versions ranging from $6 to $25 per month, as well as custom licensing options available for larger Enterprises.
